Your data
Privacy at Astrolo
The short version: your chart data is used to make Astrolo work. It is not advertising inventory. We collect the minimum campaign data needed to understand whether paid ads create real customers.
Information you give us
Astrolo uses the account and birth details you submit to calculate your chart, save your profile, create compatibility results, and deliver readings. Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe; Astrolo does not receive your complete card number.
Product analytics
We measure page visits and product actions so we can understand where the experience is useful or confusing. Session recording is disabled because birth date, time, and place are personal. Analytics must never be used to send your chart details to advertising platforms.
Advertising measurement
When you arrive from a paid advertisement, Astrolo may store the ad click identifier and a limited set of campaign fields in your browser for up to 90 days. If you create an account, that first paid-touch attribution may be associated with your account. If you buy a report or subscription, we may send Google the transaction identifier, time, currency, value, original ad identifier, and a securely hashed version of your email address. Birth details, chart placements, reading text, and relationship data are not sent to Google Ads.
Storage and security
Account and product records are stored in our application database. Advertising credentials are stored in encrypted secret-management systems rather than browser code or source control. We limit stored campaign data to an explicit allowlist and use transaction IDs to prevent duplicate purchase reporting.
Your choices
You can use browser controls to clear Astrolo site storage and restrict cookies. You can also manage ad personalization through your Google account. Some measurement may still be required to prevent fraud, confirm purchases, and understand aggregate service performance.
